Drink spiking – Adelaide

Posted on 16/09/2025

At about 4.00am on Sunday, 9 March 2025, a woman was drinking with friends at the Hidden Pour bar in Adelaide. After consuming a drink she believed had been tampered with, she became unwell and was taken to hospital by ambulance. She was treated and has since recovered.

CCTV footage shows a man pouring a substance from a small black container into the woman’s drink prior to her consuming it.

The man is described as Caucasian, with brown hair, an unshaven face and at the time was wearing a black t-shirt with a red and white logo on the front.
