Serious Criminal Trespass – Ceduna

Posted on 29/08/2023

Can you help to identify a criminal wanted over a spate of break-ins at Ceduna?

At 5am on Saturday, 13th May 2023 a suspect broke into a childcare centre, possibly through an unlocked door, after attempting to force open another door and causing $3500 in damage.

Also on that same day, the same suspect is thought to also be responsible for a break-in at another business on Murat Terrace. That incident involved someone tampering with a window frame and stealing $250 in cash.

At 1.13am on Wednesday, 17th May a third premises was broken into, with the front glass door and windows smashed on Decres Bay Road. On that occasion the suspect was disturbed by an audible alarm.

The suspect is described as wearing a black face covering, grey hoodie and black Vans style shoes with the laces tied across the front of the shoe.

The suspect appears to be carrying a backpack, potentially concealed by a black shawl or blanket tied around the suspect’s neck.
