Illegal interference and property damage – Windsor Gardens

At about 11.50am on Wednesday, 2 July 2025, the victim was advised that his car, which was parked in the Windsor Gardens Hotel car park, had flat tyres.

When the victim checked his car he could see that the front and rear tyres on the driver’s side had been stabbed and were flat.
